Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you when you use this website or book our mobile car battery service. By calling us, messaging us, submitting a request through this website or accepting service from one of our technicians, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
We are a mobile car battery assistance provider operating in the United Arab Emirates. We are not a government body, an insurer, a vehicle manufacturer, a franchise or an authorised dealership, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer and model names are used on this website only to describe the vehicles we can attend to.
You can reach us on +971 52 167 9495, by messaging app on the same number, or at Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE. Our operating hours are: Open 24 hours · 7 days · incl. public holidays.
2. The service we provide
We provide a mobile, on-location service. Depending on what your vehicle needs, that may include:
- jump starting a vehicle with a discharged battery
- testing the battery, alternator and charging system
- supplying and fitting a replacement battery on site
- safely disconnecting and removing the old battery for recycling
- advising you when the fault is not a battery fault, so you can arrange the right repair
We are a roadside and on-site assistance service only. We do not carry out mechanical repairs, diagnostics beyond the battery and charging system, bodywork, recovery, towing or vehicle transport unless we have separately agreed to arrange it for you.
3. Service area and availability
We serve Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah. Coverage outside these areas may be possible but is not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge, which we will tell you about before we set off.
We aim to be available at the hours stated on this website. Availability can still be affected by demand, weather, traffic, road closures, technician availability and other circumstances outside our control. We may decline or postpone a request when we cannot safely or realistically attend.
4. Booking and requesting service
You can request service by phone, by messaging app or through this website. A request becomes a booking only once we have confirmed it to you. When you request service, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old
- you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to request work on it
- the location, vehicle details and contact number you give us are accurate
- the vehicle is legally parked and can be safely accessed by our technician
Giving us an inaccurate location or vehicle detail is the most common cause of delay. If we arrive and the vehicle is not where you told us, or is different from what you described, additional charges may apply.
5. Arrival times
Any arrival time we quote — on this website, on the phone or in a message — is an estimate, not a guarantee. Estimates are based on typical traffic and normal demand and can change without notice.
We are not liable for any loss, cost, missed appointment, missed flight or other consequence arising from a late arrival. If we expect a significant delay, we will tell you as soon as we can so that you can decide whether to wait or make other arrangements.
6. Prices, quotes and payment
We will tell you the price before any chargeable work begins. Where a price depends on what we find — for example the battery type your vehicle needs — we will quote you once the technician has checked the vehicle, and you can decline before any work starts.
Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change at any time. Prices quoted directly to you for a specific job are the ones that apply to that job. Unless we state otherwise, prices include VAT where it applies.
Payment is due on completion of the work, at the location, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We may accept cash, card and buy-now-pay-later payment options. Buy-now-pay-later and card payments are handled by independent third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies; we are not a party to that arrangement and we are not responsible for their decisions, fees or charges.
Where a free check is advertised, it is free as described and carries no obligation to buy anything from us.
7. Cancellations, no-shows and wasted call-outs
You can cancel at any time before our technician sets off, at no charge. Simply call or message us on the number you booked with.
If our technician has already travelled to you and you cancel, are not present, cannot be reached, or the vehicle cannot be accessed, we may charge a reasonable call-out fee to cover the journey. We will always tell you the amount before charging it.
If we cancel or cannot attend, you owe us nothing and we will refund anything you have already paid for that job.
8. Batteries, parts and warranty
Any battery or part we supply is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for the period stated at the time of sale. That warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
A warranty claim will normally not be accepted where the failure was caused by:
- a fault elsewhere in the vehicle, such as a failing alternator or a parasitic drain
- leaving lights, accessories or the ignition on so the battery is deeply discharged
- accident damage, misuse, incorrect charging or tampering
- work carried out on the battery or charging system by someone else after our visit
Keep your invoice — we need it to process a warranty claim. Nothing in this section removes any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Your responsibilities and vehicle condition
Modern vehicles can be sensitive to a loss of power. Disconnecting or replacing a battery may reset stored settings such as radio presets, clock, seat and mirror positions, and may require a security code or a system re-learn procedure. Where the vehicle allows it, we will use a memory saver, but we cannot guarantee that no settings are lost.
We may decline to work on a vehicle where we judge that doing so would be unsafe or would risk damage — for example where the battery is leaking, swollen, frozen or physically damaged, where the vehicle has been modified in a way we cannot assess, or where the location itself is unsafe.
You must tell us in advance about anything unusual about the vehicle: aftermarket electrical work, a second battery, a start-stop or hybrid system, or a previous jump start attempt that did not go to plan.
You are responsible for the safety of anyone with you at the location, including children and pets, while we work.
10. Limitation of liability
We carry out our work with reasonable skill and care. Where we are at fault, we will put right any damage we directly cause.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- pre-existing faults, wear or damage to the vehicle that we did not cause
- faults elsewhere in the vehicle that only became apparent once power was restored
- loss of stored vehicle settings or data
- indirect or consequential loss, including lost income, missed appointments, travel costs or inconvenience
Where we are liable, our total liability for any single job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, except where the law does not allow such a limit — for example in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.
11. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us first and give us the chance to fix it. Call or message us on +971 52 167 9495 with your invoice details and what happened. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within two working days and to resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can.

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that we cannot resolve between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
