Battery died in the Dubai Mall basement at 11pm with my family in the car. They found us on P3 in about 25 minutes, tested it, told me it was finished and fitted a new one on the spot. No drama, no upsell.

Car wouldn't start in the JLT car park before work. The technician jump started it and then actually tested the alternator instead of driving off. Battery was fine — it was a drain. He told me to get it checked rather than selling me a battery.
